Flour mixes are the easiest way to start gluten-free baking

The cereal product flour blends are the result of our own product development. Suitable for a wide range of savoury and sweet baking, these mixtures replace gluten-containing flour in most baked goods.

Light Flour Mix is the right choice when you want to bake cakes, cake bases, pizza or light bread, for example. You can use it to make tasty buns and doughnuts, but it's also ideal for savoury baked goods such as rolls and breads.

Dark Flour Blend is a high-fibre all-purpose flour for making nutrient-rich muffins, berry pies, cakes and rice cakes. Durra flour blend is a rice-free, corn-free mix that gives your baked goods a wheat-like taste and texture.

Our products are certified by the AOECS-Association of European Coeliac Societies (AOECS-Association of European Coeliac Societies) as gluten-free. You can find an up-to-date list of products that have been awarded the gluten-free label at the Coeliac Association. To qualify for the label, an annual audit of the AOECS standard for gluten-free food (AOECS standard for gluten-free food) is required.
