THE GROUNDS FOR KEEPING THE REGISTER

The purpose of the register is to process and archive orders from Virtasalmen Viljatuote's customers, maintain the customer register and manage customer relations. The data may be used to develop Virtasalmen Viljatuote's operations and to produce more personalised targeted content and for statistical purposes. Personal data is processed within the limits required by the Personal Data Act.

The data in the register is processed only by Virtasalmi Viljatuote and is not disclosed to third parties. The data in the register may be used for targeted e-mail communications such as customer newsletters, direct mail, distance selling, market research and opinion polls. Tracking data for orders by Post and Matkahuolto
Information provided by the customer in relation to customer relationship management

DATA SOURCES FOR THE REGISTER

The data in the customer register is collected through registration on the Virtasalmen Viljatuote website and online shop, as well as through information provided by customers in person, by telephone or by e-mail.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

The information in the customer register is used only by Virtasalmen Viljatuote Oy, except in matters related to collection or invoicing when using the services of partners. There is no need to transfer personal data and the data will not be disclosed to third parties or outside the European Union.

The personal data and order history of the data subject may be deleted at the request of the user, unless legislation, open invoices or collection measures prevent the deletion of the data.

PROTECTION OF THE REGISTRY

The register will not be disclosed to third parties. Access to the register is restricted to the staff of Virtasalmen Viljatuotte who process orders. The register is located on a password-protected server and uses the technical protection methods normally used in business operations.
