Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free milled products are made from high-quality, naturally gluten-free ingredients. We grind, mix, and package our products ourselves in Virtasalmi, focusing on domestic labor and fast delivery. We only handle gluten-free products in our entire production and regularly perform gluten analyses to ensure food safety.
Our products contain no preservatives or additives, and we do not use wheat starch. Our operations have been audited, and we were awarded the FSSC 22000 food safety certificate in August 2019.

Bakeries and large kitchens
Do you bake gluten-free for your customers? We also pack gluten-free milled products in sausage form for the bakery industry and large-scale catering.
Our most typical bag size is 25 kg and we can also supply mixed pallets with an assortment of different products according to the customer's individual needs and packaging sizes from 500 g to 25 kg. We deliver laval shipments for transport twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Our products are available in four different packaging sizes: small package, bag, sack and large sack. Check out the menu here.
If you want our products for resale, for example in your café, you can order different pack sizes in the same delivery.
Delivery
We usually dispatch shipments the day after the order is placed.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we ship the pallets with Finnish Post service. The delivery cost is determined by the weight of the order. Smaller orders can be sent as parcels.
