Gluten-free sunflower seeds flour mix is a gluten-free and buckwheat-free baking flour, suitable for both savoury and sweet baking. The 'roughness' of the flour mix comes from the sunflower seeds. Try it in baguettes and pie crusts, for example.
Ingredients: Rice flour, wholegrain brown rice flour, dark wholegrain teff flour, sunflower seeds, GMO-free corn flour, GMO-free corn grits and psyllium.

Gluten-free sunflower seeds flour mix is a high-fibre and all-purpose flour mix that, as the name suggests, has more to chew on because it contains sunflower seeds. It is suitable for both savoury and sweet baking. On the package you will find instructions for rolls, cake and pastries. Try the delicious Himoleipuri's Queen Pie recipe, for example, which uses the Virtasalmen Viljatuote's sunflower seeds flour mix.
The flour mix does not contain any additives or preservatives. In addition, all raw materials are GMO-free.
