Light Gluten Free Flour Mix is suitable for both savoury and sweet baking, such as breads, cakes, pies and biscuits. Our customers love its versatility and excellent baking results.

Ingredients: rice flour, dark wholemeal rice flour, buckwheat flour, GMO-free maize flour, GMO-free corn flour, potato flour and psyllium.

Viljatuote Light Gluten Free Flour Mix  is our most popular product. This excellent light all-purpose flour blend is made from carefully selected ingredients. The easiest way to get started with gluten-free baking is to try this flour blend: replace the wheat flour in recipes with the same amount of Light Gluten Free Flour Mix. If you are using a flour mix with psyllium, add it only gradually towards the end of the process to prevent the dough from becoming too hard.

Prepare delicious cake bases, dry cakes, pies, breads, doughnuts, pizza bases and hamburger buns from the Light Flour Mix. We do not use any additivies or preservatives in Viljatuote flour mixes. In addition, all raw materials included are GMO-free.

    dark flour mix makes tasty dark bread but you have to add salt otherwise it is tasteless

    This is a really good gluten-free flour mix, the best, always works! Even non-gluten people like it and don't even know it's gluten-free unless you say so. Both are great products: dark and light flour mix.

    At some point you must have changed the ingredients in the Light Flour Mix, because before there was no mention of corn grits. Now the bread sometimes rises a little too much in the oven and gets soggy. Apparently the corn grits is also the reason why it is not so good for a sensitive stomach. Older is better

      The ingredients of the light flour mix have always been the same. The bun mix, on the other hand, does not contain corn grits. 🙂

      All our flour comes from EU countries. The only exception is psyllium, which comes from India.
