As the flour mix contains psyllium, you should add the flour mix gradually so that the dough does not become too hard. The all-purpose flour mix makes delicious cakes, pies, breads, doughnuts, pizza bases or even hamburger buns.

Very good Basic flour for almost anything. In an emergency, even on a bun. Pie and pizza bases very excellent and tasty. Basic sandwiches without any other flour or additives taste good with this. Included in basic flour with bun flour.
