Gluten-free steamed wholegrain big oat flakes are traditionally suitable for porridge and all kinds of baking. Try the flakes even in homemade granola. Oats are rich in fibre, protein and contain many vitamins and minerals. Oat is a versatile ingredient in baking, bringing gentle flavour and texture. Big flakes need to be cooked slightly longer than small flakes. Alternatively, you can let the flakes soak in liquid before cooking. If you leave the flakes to soak in the evening, they will be ready to cook in the morning.
