Virtasalmi's grain product Gluten Free Fine Buckwheat Flour is a fine flour milled from hulled whole buckwheat. Buckwheat flour has excellent baking properties and is naturally gluten-free. Buckwheat is a complete source of protein, containing essential amino acids and vitamins B1 and B2. Buckwheat seeds contain lysine amino acid and organically bound calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, silicium and fluorine.

Naturally gluten-free, buckwheat is ideal for people with coeliac disease.

No additives or preservatives have been used in the buckwheat flour of the Virtasalmen Viljatuote. In addition, the buckwheat we use is GMO-free.
