Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free crushed buckwheat groats are peeled and chopped buckwheat seeds. With the crushed groats, you can easily add texture and crunch to rolls and breads. It cooks faster than full groats.

Gluten-free crushed buckwheat groats easily add texture and crunch to rolls, and breads. You can add it as such to porridge or overnight porridge. On the package you will find instructions for buckwheat rolls and porridge. Crushed groats have a shorter cooking time than full groats. Buckwheat is a perfect source of protein, containing amino acids essential for nutrition and vitamins B1 and B2. Buckwheat seeds contain lysine amino acid and organically bound calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, silicium and fluorine. Read more about buckwheat here.
Naturally gluten-free, buckwheat is ideal for people with coeliac disease. Being edible and easily digestible, buckwheat is also gentle on the stomach. Buckwheat flour contains no additives or preservatives. In addition, the buckwheat we use is GMO-free.
