Gluten Free Buckwheat Groats easily add texture and crunch to rolls, breads and pancakes. You can add the groats as is to fresh and baked porridge. In the packet you will find instructions for buckwheat rolls and porridge. Grits have a shorter cooking time than semolina.

Buckwheat is a complete source of protein, containing essential amino acids and vitamins B1 and B2. Buckwheat seeds contain lysine amino acid and organically bound calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, silicium and fluorine. Read more about buckwheat here.

Naturally gluten-free, buckwheat is ideal for people with coeliac disease. Being edible and easily digestible, buckwheat is also gentle on the stomach.
