Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free coarse rice flour is ideal for making Finnish whipped porridge. Make traditional whipped porridge but replace the semolina with the coarse rice flour. You will find the instructions on the package! Try also for other baking and pastry. Rice is one of the most widely used cereals in the world. Rice thrives best in monsoon climates but is also grown in Europe in places like Italy and Portugal. We use rice from EU countries. Rice is a low-calorie grain, consisting mainly of carbohydrates. Rice is also an important source of B vitamins and contains potassium, calcium, iodine, iron, zinc and phosphorus, among others.
The coarse rice flour in the Virtasalmen Viljatuote is additive-free, preservative-free and GMO-free.

This product is my absolute favourite in my gluten-free diet ! I have not found a better product anywhere in over 20 years. This really makes an excellent whipped cream porridge; the porridge becomes chunky and fluffy ! Thanks to you who have developed this product ! The price/quality ratio is super !
