Gluten Free Coarse Bucwheat Flour is ideal for baking gluten-free sourdough bread. The flour is made from whole hulled buckwheat kernels using a roller mill and has a distinctly coarse texture. Buckwheat is a complete source of protein, containing essential amino acids and vitamins B1 and B2. Buckwheat seeds contain lysine amino acid and organically bound calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, silicon and fluorine.
