  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Whisk the eggs and sugars until fluffy.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the foam. Also add the melted chocolate.
  • Pour into a baking dish of about 20cm X 28cm on a baking paper.
  • Bake at 175'c for about 15 min (baking time depends on the oven, feel free to leave it a little raw).
