Milk-free

A dairy-free diet can be a decision based on lactose intolerance, ethical or environmental reasons. In a dairy-free diet, dairy products are typically replaced by plant-based alternatives such as soy, oat, rice or almond drinks, and plant-based cheeses and ice creams.

Being dairy-free does not automatically mean that your diet is also vegan, as some of our gluten-free recipes may use eggs or honey, for example.
