Ingredients

  • 1 dl water

  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • riposte salt

  • 1,5 dl Cereal product Pizza & Street Food Mix

Preparation

  • Mix the water, oil and salt in a bowl.
  • Gradually add the flour.
  • Knead the dough for about 5 minutes, until it no longer sticks to your hands.
  • Shape the dough into two balls.
  • Flatten the balls by hand into discs about 1 cm thick.
  • Heat a Teflon pan over medium heat.
  • Put the baking sheet in the pan and fry for a moment, then turn over.
  • After turning, gently press the bread with a damp cloth or an arrow.
  • Continue turning and pressing on both sides until brown spots appear on the surface.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
