Ingredients
4 dl gluten-free sorghum flour mixture
2 dl sugar
2tspbaking powder
2 tsp vanilla sugar
1-2 tbsp matcha powder (to taste)
0,5 dl rapeseed oil
1 egg
1,5 dl gluten-free oat drink

125 g mascarpone
1 tl vanilla sugar
- For decoration
fresh strawberries
Preparation
- Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix.
- Add the oil, oatmeal and egg. Stir.
- Pour the batter into the muffin tins.
- Bake at 200°C in a medium oven for about 20 minutes. Allow the muffins to cool before decorating.
- Whip the mascarpone and whipping cream into a stiff froth.
- Use a spoon or piping bag to scoop the mousse over the muffins. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
