3 eggs
2 dl sugar
3tspreal vanilla sugar
0,5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
2tspbaking powder
250 g dark gluten-free and dairy-free chocolate (dammenberg)
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Whisk the eggs and sugars until fluffy.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the foam. Also add the melted chocolate.
- Pour into a baking dish of about 20cm X 28cm on a baking paper.
- Bake at 175'c for about 15 min (baking time depends on the oven, feel free to leave it a little raw).
