Preparation

  • Mix the water, dry yeast and psyllium together and allow to swell for a moment.
  • Add the syrup, salt, egg and oil and mix.
  • Mix xanthan gum with 1dl flour and add to the dough, mix and finally add the rest of the flour.
  • Knead for a moment and divide into 4 parts.
  • Bake into rolls and rise in a draft-free place for 1h.
  • Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake at 225'c for about 15min or until cooked.
