2 dl water (42'c)
1 pss dry yeast
1,5 tbsp syrup
1tspsalt
3 tbsp oil
1 egg
0,75 tsp ksantania
Preparation
- Mix the water, dry yeast and psyllium together and allow to swell for a moment.
- Add the syrup, salt, egg and oil and mix.
- Mix xanthan gum with 1dl flour and add to the dough, mix and finally add the rest of the flour.
- Knead for a moment and divide into 4 parts.
- Bake into rolls and rise in a draft-free place for 1h.
- Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake at 225'c for about 15min or until cooked.
Really bad advice. At least not suitable for a beginner. Probably ok for a professional
