As the name suggests, the gluten-free bun flour mix is perfect for baking buns and doughnuts. However, it contains no sugar or spices and can also be used to make Savoury baking. Try it on pizza bases and rolls, for example. An excellent buckwheat-free all-purpose flour for gluten-free baking.

As the name suggests, the gluten-free bun flour mix is ideal for baking buns and doughnuts and has become very popular in gluten-free baking. On the package you will find clear instructions for making the bun dough and you can choose to use it for making buns, quark buns, or Finnish cinnamon rolls. The light but tasty flour mix is also perfect for savoury baking such as rolls, pizzas and breads. You can also use this flour mix as a substitute for wheat flour if you make the recipe gluten-free.

The bun flour mix contains no additives or preservatives. In addition, all raw materials are GMO-free.
