Virtasalmi's Gluten Free Coarse Rice Flour is ideal for making whipped cream. Make traditional whiskey porridge but replace the semolina flour with the Coarse Rice Flour. You will find the instructions in the packet! Try also for other baking and pastry.

Rice is a low-calorie cereal, consisting mainly of carbohydrates. Rice is also an important source of B vitamins and contains potassium, calcium, iodine, iron, zinc, phosphorus and other elements.
