The gentle Gluten Free Oatmeal mix has a slightly rougher texture due to the inclusion of oat flakes and bran. This flour blend is versatile in baking, rich in fibre and flavour. Oats are rich in fibre, protein and a number of vitamins and minerals. The raw materials used in the oat flour mix are completely free of additives, preservatives and GMOs. On the side of the pack you will find instructions for popular, easy and tasty blueberry muffins.
