This gluten-free oat flour mix is a all-purpose mix rich in fibre and flavour. The flour mix has a slightly rougher texture due to the inclusion of oat flakes and bran. Oats are rich in fibre, protein and a number of vitamins and minerals. Oats are a versatile ingredient in baking, bringing a gentle flavour and texture.
The raw materials used in the oat flour mix are completely additive-free, preservative-free and GMO-free.
