Gluten-free French Toast

minutesDelicious gluten-free rum biscuits get their nice taste and sweetness from rum. These cookies are made with Virtasalmen Viljatuote' Gluten-free bun flour mix.
Ingredients
90 g butter
0,5 dl sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 ml rum and flavour
1 egg
1 dl almond flour
1 dl potato flour
1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
- Melt the butter in a saucepan with the cinnamon and sugar.
- Add the flavouring, egg and dry ingredients to the cooled butter, mixing well.
- Put the dough in the ice box for a few hours.
- You can roll out the dough and use a small mould to make small biscuits, or make a lump of dough, cut it into small pieces and roll it into balls.
- Bake the gluten-free rum buns at 200°C for about 12 minutes.
- You can put raspberry marmalade between the biscuits, just like the layer biscuits, i.e. between two biscuits with marmalade.
