minutesCute gluten-free cupcakes made from Virtasalmen Viljatuote' light, gluten-free flour mix. One serving makes 7-8 cups.
Ingredients
- Basic guide
75 g (dairy-free) margarine
1 dl sugar
1 egg
2 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
1 tsp baking powder
(0,5 ml salt)
1 dl water
- Pineapple
replace the water with 1 dl pineapple juice, add 0,5 pk pineapple crush to the dough.
Try the pineapple muffins also as a juicy dry cake.
Baking then in a small oven for about 35 minutes.
- Appeslini chocolate
replace the water with 1 dsp orange juice and add 2 tbsp cocoa powder and 2-3 tbsp orange marmalade to the dough
(check the suitability of the ingredients).
- Mocha
replace the water with 1 dl of coffee and add 1 tsp of ground cardamom to the dough.
- Icing (for one serving)
75 g (dairy-free) margarine
1 dl icing sugar
1 yolk
2 tsp vanilla sugar
caramel colour
Preparation
- Basic guide
- Whisk together the soft fat and sugar.
- Add the egg and mix well.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the dough with the liquid.
- Divide the batter into muffin tins and bake in a 200°C oven for about 20 minutes.
- Frosting
- Measure the ingredients into a bowl and whisk until fluffy.
- Spread the mousse over the cooled muffins.Decorate the gluten-free cupcakes with decorations to suit the diners.
