Dairy Free Gluten Free Buns will take your tongue away. With Virtasalmen Viljatuotes' gluten-free Rouhei flour mix, you get buns that are soft and fibre-rich.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Dissolve the yeast in warm water.
  • Add the syrup and dry ingredients.
  • Stir and allow to rise for 20-30 minutes.
  • Add the salt, rapeseed oil, carrot grits and flour mix to the dough.
  • Start the dough well and immediately bake into rolls.
  • Rise in a warm place.
  • Grease the rolls with the water-syrup mixture and sprinkle oatmeal on top.
  • Bake in a 250 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
  • Gluten-free rolls are best when slightly chilled

  1. With the amount of flour in the recipe, my dough was far too loose to bake. It was like porridge. I had to add a lot more flour to make the dough into rolls.
