Gluten-free Dark Teff wholemeal flour is milled from the seeds of the naturally gluten-free millet grass and is always wholemeal. The small seeds of teff contain, among other things, lysine, a muscle-building substance. Teff originated in Africa but is now grown in countries such as Spain.
Teff is rich in protein and fibre. In addition, it contains calcium, magnesium and iron. Teff flour has an excellent amino acid composition.
