  • Gluten-free Christmas bread

  • n. 350 g prawns

  • half a red onion

  • a pound of dill

  • juice of half a lemon

  • a jar of French cream

  • large tablespoon of mayonnaise

  • black pepper and salt

  • On top: roe or caviar


  • Thaw and dry the shrimps carefully. If you skip drying, the stuffing will become runny.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Allow to settle in the fridge for a while.
  • Cut slices of Christmas bread and halve them.
  • Spoon the filling over the pieces of bread and finish with the roe and dill.
  • Serve!
