200 g fresh dates without stones
2 dl boiling water
0,5 dl rapeseed oil
1 dl coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
0,33tspbaking soda
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Preparation
- Remove the stones from the dates and place in a bowl. Add the baking soda and pour the boiling water over the dates. Leave for about 5 minutes.
- Puree the dates in a hand blender.
- Add the coconut sugar and rapeseed oil. Stir.
- In another bowl, mix the vanilla sugar, baking powder and flour.
- Add the flour mix to the date mixture and mix.
- Pour the dough into a piping bag.
- Grease the doughnut pan with baking spray and pour the dough into the doughnut cups.
- Bake the doughnuts at 200°C for about 8 minutes on the middle shelf of the oven.
- Tip the prepared doughnuts onto a cooling rack and prepare the glaze while the doughnuts cool.
- Chop the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl with the coconut oil. Heat in the microwave to melt the chocolate coating.
- Dip the doughnuts in chocolate one by one and decorate with your choice of toppings.
