minutesA delicious gluten-free Christmas baguette for yourself and a friend. Serve it on the Christmas table or give it as a gift!
Ingredients
4,5 dl water (+42'c)
2 tsp (6 g) dry yeast
2 tbsp honey
1,5 tsp Himalayan fine salt
2 tsp cumin
2 tsp anista
2 tsp fennel
3 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
Preparation
- Mix dry yeast, honey, salt, cumin, aniseed and fennel in water.
- Finally, add the crushede buckwheat groats and flour, mix well.
- Sprinkle flour on the table and on the ball of dough and roll the dough into a loaf.
- Put the pan in a cold oven and turn the oven to 220*c and rise the bread on the table for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes, remove the casserole from the oven, sprinkle a little more flour on the bottom of the casserole and put the bread in the casserole.
- Bake at 220'c for 30 minutes with the lid on.
- Remove the lid and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
- Gluten-free Christmas baguette is at its best when fresh.
