A delicious gluten-free Christmas baguette for yourself and a friend. Serve it on the Christmas table or give it as a gift!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Mix dry yeast, honey, salt, cumin, aniseed and fennel in water.
  • Finally, add the crushede buckwheat groats and flour, mix well.
  • Sprinkle flour on the table and on the ball of dough and roll the dough into a loaf.
  • Put the pan in a cold oven and turn the oven to 220*c and rise the bread on the table for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the casserole from the oven, sprinkle a little more flour on the bottom of the casserole and put the bread in the casserole.
  • Bake at 220'c for 30 minutes with the lid on.
  • Remove the lid and continue cooking for another 15 minutes.
  • Gluten-free Christmas baguette is at its best when fresh.
