Marika Kaila | Up to your wrists in dough
Hello ! Can you help? I would like to make dairy-free, gluten-free yeast dough for my son, but I don't know how to convert regular yeast dough into it. Would you experts know if I put a recipe for regular yeast dough here? Here's 7dl red milk, 3-4 tbsp salt, about 150-200g butter and wheat flour to make a firm dough that's good to bake and round into fairly thin pie crusts. The same kind of blanks as in Karelian pies. I can do the flour filling and frying in oil , but the dough and baking has been difficult, as gluten free flour has such a bad bond with psyllium. Thanks in advance.
Hi Pirkko!
I replied to you by email.
I would like to know which gluten-free flours can be used for blood puddings and how much for about 1 l of dough.
Hi Marja-Leena!
Unfortunately, we have no guidelines for bloodletting. However, a light flour mix is certainly the most suitable and mildest flour. We do not know the quantity.
