Virtasalmen Viljatuote' rice flour is used to make delicious dairy-free and gluten-free chocolate muffins.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  • Melt 125 g of chocolate.
  • Mix the dry ingredients together and add the soy milk, eggs and melted chocolate.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Cut the rest of the dark chocolate into chips and add to the dough.
  • Divide the batter into muffin tins and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
  • Gluten-free chocolate muffins are best when slightly cooled.
