125 g butter
1,2 dl sugar (100 g)
1 egg
0,75tspbaking soda
1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation
- Whip the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg, beating until foamy.
- Mix baking soda, psyllium, cinnamon and add to the mixture.
- Put the dough in the fridge to harden.
- On a well floured surface, roll out the dough into a disk and use a cookie cutter to make cookies.
- Lightly mix the egg in a cup and make a "spot" in the middle of the biscuit with a bun whisk.
- Then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the egg.
- Bake the gingerbreads at 180-200 degrees for about 10 minutes or until they have a nice light brown colour.
Hey, I wonder how many "basic" gingerbreads are expected to come out of that, you know a little bit in advance. I'll try the recipe, it would be nice to have something other than the usual Christmas cookies ;D. I'll have to try it out and see how it goes if I add something extra, like orange zest.
