Ingredients
110 g room temperature butter or margarine
1 dl icing sugar
1 egg white
2 tsp lemon zest powder (or 1 grated lemon peel)
0,5tspvanilla sugar
2,5 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten-Free Cereal Product Gluten-Free Mashed Beans and Beans
1 tbsp water
- For decoration
100 g chocolate
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Whip the butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
- Add the egg whites and stir gently into the foam.
- Mix the lemon zest and vanilla sugar into the flour and add them and the water to the dough. Mix until smooth.
- Flour the baking sheet and sprinkle the flour over the dough. Roll out thinly and use a cookie cutter to make biscuits of the shape you want.
- Carefully lift the biscuits onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven (180 degrees) for about 10 minutes.
- While the biscuits are cooling, melt the chocolate in a microwave or water bath in a piping bag.
- Make a small hole in the corner and pour the chocolate over the biscuits. Allow to set.
- Gluten-free broad bean bungingerbreads quickly disappear as they are so good.
