Gluten-free broad bean gingerbreads will pleasantly surprise you with their delicious taste. Try and love them too!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Whip the butter and icing sugar until fluffy.
  • Add the egg whites and stir gently into the foam.
  • Mix the lemon zest and vanilla sugar into the flour and add them and the water to the dough. Mix until smooth.
  • Flour the baking sheet and sprinkle the flour over the dough. Roll out thinly and use a cookie cutter to make biscuits of the shape you want.
  • Carefully lift the biscuits onto a baking sheet and bake in the oven (180 degrees) for about 10 minutes.
  • While the biscuits are cooling, melt the chocolate in a microwave or water bath in a piping bag.
  • Make a small hole in the corner and pour the chocolate over the biscuits. Allow to set.
  • Gluten-free broad bean bungingerbreads quickly disappear as they are so good.
