minutesGluten-free tiramisu in a glass is an easy and delicious version of a classic treat! Try it and you'll love it too.
Ingredients
- Bottom
4 eggs
1,5 dl sugar
1,5 tsp baking powder
+ 2 dl strong coffee
- Stuffing
4 eggs
1 dl sugar
3 prk (750 g in total) lactose-free mascarpone cheese
2 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla sugar
(a splash of café liqueur)
Preparation
- Bottom
- Whisk the sugar and eggs in a bowl until frothy.
- Mix the flour and fold it into the foam in small batches.
- Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake at 200 degrees for about 8 minutes.
- Carefully remove the base from the baking paper and allow to cool.
- Make the coffee and let it cool too.
- Stuffing
- Separate the yolks in one bowl and the whites in another.
- Put the sugar in the same bowl with the egg yolks and whisk until foamy.
- Whisk the egg whites in another bowl until frothy.
- Add the mascarpone and vanilla extract/sugar (and coffee liqueur) to the egg yolk/sugar foam and mix.
- Gently swirl the whipped cream into the filling with an arrow.
- Using a glass, cut the cake base into 12 round pieces (2 per glass). Place a piece of cake on the bottom of the glass, moisten with cooled coffee, spoon some foam on top, then another piece of cake and so on. Sift the cocoa powder over the top and let the Tiramisu set in the fridge for a few hours.
