Ingredients
5 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten-Free Cereal Product Gluten-Free Mashed Beans and Beans
0,5 dl chia seeds
1,5 tsp rosemary
1-1,5 tsp sea salt flakes
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 dl rapeseed oil
n. 4 dl hot water (add 1 dl at a time)
Sesame seeds for decoration
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Mix all the dry ingredients together (for example in a saucepan). Bring the water to the boil and pour it in when warm. Add the rapeseed oil to the mixture. Stir well. Let the mixture stand for a while (the chia seeds will swell a little).
- Spread the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roll out the mixture into a smooth and thin sheet using another piece of baking paper (the thinner the better). Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Use a pizza cutter to cut the dough into squares, for example. Bake for about 45 min (watch out for burning and leave for longer if the surface has not taken on colour). Let cool properly and serve with gluten-free rosemary rolls, e.g. with hummus!
