Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 dl sugar

  • 1,25 dl Cereal product Gluten Free Bun Fl our Mix / Light Flour Mix

  • 1 tl vanilla sugar

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 2 tbsp boiling water

  • Boosting
  • lemon juice

  • water

  • sugar

  • Vanilla butter ice cream
  • 150 g butter

  • 1,5 dl milk

  • 3 tsp potato flour/corn starch

  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar

  • 2 rkl sugar

  • Red wine berries

Preparation

  • Beat the eggs and sugar well until foamy.
  • Add the boiling water a little at a time and finally, gently turning, add the sifted flour mix with the baking powder and vanilla sugar.
  • Pour the batter into the tart pan.
  • Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 min.
  • Turn out the ripe tart base when cool.
  • Vanilla butter ice cream
  • Put the butter in small pieces, milk and potato flour in a saucepan.
  • Heat, stirring until thick.
  • Season with vanilla sugar and sugar.
  • Pour the cooled ice cream over the well-moistened cake and garnish with red wine berries.
