Banana and coconut go wonderfully together. The muffins are easy to make with Virtasalmen Viljatuote' gluten-free buckwheat and millet flours.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Add the water and fat to a saucepan and heat until the margarine melts.
  • Allow to cool. Whisk the eggs and sugar.
  • Combine the remaining dry ingredients. Add the flour and fat mixtures and the banana sorbet to the dough. Mix well.
  • Pour the batter into muffin tins and bake in a 200°C oven for 15-18 minutes.
  • The muffins can be served both warm and chilled.
