1,25 dl Cereal product Gluten Free Bun Fl our Mix / Light Flour Mix
1 tl vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp boiling water

150 g butter
1,5 dl milk
3 tsp potato flour/corn starch
1 tbsp vanilla sugar

Red wine berries
Preparation
- Beat the eggs and sugar well until foamy.
- Add the boiling water a little at a time and finally, gently turning, add the sifted flour mix with the baking powder and vanilla sugar.
- Pour the batter into the tart pan.
- Bake at 200 degrees for 15-20 min.
- Turn out the ripe tart base when cool.
- Vanilla butter ice cream
- Put the butter in small pieces, milk and potato flour in a saucepan.
- Heat, stirring until thick.
- Season with vanilla sugar and sugar.
- Pour the cooled ice cream over the well-moistened cake and garnish with red wine berries.
