Rouheinen flour blend is a gluten-free and buckwheat-free baking flour, suitable for both savoury baking and sweet treats. The 'roughness' of the flour mix comes from the sunflower seeds. Ingredients: rice flour, dark wholemeal rice flour, dark tef wholemeal flour, sunflower seed, GMO-free maize flour, GMO-free maize semolina and psyllium.

Gluten-free sunflower seeds flour mix is a high-fibre and all-purpose flour mix that, as the name suggests, has more to chew on because it contains sunflower seeds. It is suitable for both savoury and sweet baking. On the package you will find instructions for rolls, cake and pastries. Try the delicious Himoleipuri's Queen Pie recipe, for example, which uses the Virtasalmen Viljatuote's sunflower seeds flour mix.

The flour mix does not contain any additives or preservatives. In addition, all raw materials are GMO-free.
