4 eggs
2,5 dl sugar
4tspreal vanilla sugar
200 g margarine powder
3,5 dl milk
3 tl baking powder
3,5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix

100 g unflavoured cream cheese
80 g silverware
1,5 dl ground turmeric
0,75 dl cream
5 dl icing sugar

6 tl real vanilla sugar
300 g margarine powder
5,25 dl buttermilk
4,5 tl baking powder
1,5 dl Gluten-free corn flour from Virtasalmi Cereal Product
5,25 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
Preparation
- Bottom
- Whisk the eggs and sugar.
- Add the cooled butter and buttermilk.
- Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the foam.
- Bake at 150'c for about 15min or until cooked.
- Cool the base (don't let the base get cold enough for the top to grip the base well). If the bottom gets cold enough, the top will come off as a slab).
- Frost the pie and decorate as you wish.
- Top cover
- In a teflon saucepan, melt the toffee candies and cream (over low heat, stirring constantly).
- When you have melted all the silverware, remove the pot from the heat and let it cool.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and mix all the topping ingredients (including icing sugar) into the silver toffee-cream mixture.The mixture should be quite thick.
- Frost the base.
- Decorate as you wish.
