Preparation

  • Bottom
  • Cream the soft butter and sugars.
  • Add the egg and flour and mix well.
  • Spread the dough into a 27cm diameter pie dish with damp hands or flour to make a base.

  • Cut the apple into pieces and sprinkle over the base. Add the lingonberries.
  • Stuffing
  • Mix everything together and add to the apples and lingonberries.
  • Bake at 175'c for about 25min (depending on the oven)

Tip

  • If you use frozen caves, put them on the bottom of the ice while they are still warm. Do not let them thaw, otherwise they will sink to the bottom.
  • I always put a baking paper in the pie dish so that the pie can be easily lifted out of the pan and served.
