Gluten Free Vanilla Lingonberry Apple Tart

- Bottom
150 g soft butter
1 dl brown sugar
4tspreal vanilla sugar
1 egg
2tspbaking powder

1 big apple in pieces
2 dl lingonberries
- Stuffing
2prk(400g) vanilla quark (organic)
1 dl cream
1 egg
3tspreal vanilla sugar
2 tbsp corn starch
Preparation
- Bottom
- Cream the soft butter and sugars.
- Add the egg and flour and mix well.
- Spread the dough into a 27cm diameter pie dish with damp hands or flour to make a base.
- Surface of
- Cut the apple into pieces and sprinkle over the base. Add the lingonberries.
- Stuffing
- Mix everything together and add to the apples and lingonberries.
- Bake at 175'c for about 25min (depending on the oven)
Tip
- If you use frozen caves, put them on the bottom of the ice while they are still warm. Do not let them thaw, otherwise they will sink to the bottom.
- I always put a baking paper in the pie dish so that the pie can be easily lifted out of the pan and served.
