  • Muruseos
  • Fold all ingredients into very soft butter
  • Put in the freezer to wait
  • Bottom
  • Cream the soft butter and sugars.
  • Add the eggs one by one, stirring well in the bowl.
  • Add the cream and the remaining ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Tighten the baking paper on the bottom.
  • Grease and flour the bottom and edges.
  • Pour half of the dough on the bottom, and half of the apple pieces on top of the dough and sprinkle half of the crumble mixture over the apples.
  • Put the rest of the dough on top of the crumble mixture, the rest of the apples and top with the rest of the crumble mixture.
  • Bake at 180'c for about 50 min.
  • Decorate as you wish.
