50 g soft butter
0,75 dl brown sugar
2 tl real real vanilla sugar
1,5 tl cinnamon
1,5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
- Bottom
200 g soft butter
2 dl sugar
4tspreal vanilla sugar
2 large egg
1 prk (200g) sour cream
1 rkl vanilla flavouring
1 rkl vanilla custard powder
2tspbaking powder
4 dl Virtasalmi's Grain Product Light Gluten Free Flour Puree
peel and chop 4 apples
Preparation
- Muruseos
- Fold all ingredients into very soft butter
- Put in the freezer to wait
- Bottom
- Cream the soft butter and sugars.
- Add the eggs one by one, stirring well in the bowl.
- Add the cream and the remaining ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Tighten the baking paper on the bottom.
- Grease and flour the bottom and edges.
- Pour half of the dough on the bottom, and half of the apple pieces on top of the dough and sprinkle half of the crumble mixture over the apples.
- Put the rest of the dough on top of the crumble mixture, the rest of the apples and top with the rest of the crumble mixture.
- Bake at 180'c for about 50 min.
- Decorate as you wish.
