Preparation

  • Mix well the dry ingredients, chilled butter, buttermilk, syrup and banana.
  • Finally, add the chocolate chips.
  • You can bake these in either greased and floured baking tins with a baking time of 175'c for about 20min.
  • Or in a 1,8l coffee cake pan with a baking time of 175'c for about 50min-1h (or until cooked).
  • Baking times are always oven-specific.

  1. Some time ago I had written down this recipe for myself. Now I found it in a recipe booklet and made a cake. It was a good cake!
