Gluten-free Banana Chocolate Cakes

Gluten-free Banana Chocolate Cakes

Ingredients
3,5 dl Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free all-purpose flour mix
1 dl brown sugar
4tspreal vanilla sugar
2tspbaking soda
200 g butter melt
3,5 dl milk
1 dl syrup
1 banana (mashed)
80 g e.g. 79% chocolate in crumbs (e.g. Dammenberg criollo)
Preparation
- Mix well the dry ingredients, chilled butter, buttermilk, syrup and banana.
- Finally, add the chocolate chips.
- You can bake these in either greased and floured baking tins with a baking time of 175'c for about 20min.
- Or in a 1,8l coffee cake pan with a baking time of 175'c for about 50min-1h (or until cooked).
- Baking times are always oven-specific.
Some time ago I had written down this recipe for myself. Now I found it in a recipe booklet and made a cake. It was a good cake!
