Gluten-free Karelian pies with broad bean flour mix

Gluten-free Karelian pies made from broad bean flour mix are rich in fibre and delicious in taste. Try and love them too!
Ingredients
- Shell dough
2 dl cold water
1tspsalt
1 tbsp oil
250 g (approx. 4 dl) of Virtasalmi Cereal Product's mashed broad beans
- Stuffing
rice porridge
- Help
1 l milk
2 dl water
1tspsalt
Preparation
- Rice pudding
- Boil the rice in water.
- Gradually add the milk.
- Cook on low heat for about 1 hour and add salt
- Dough
- Mix the ingredients together into a solid ball.
- Divide the dough into 20 parts.
- Puff and fill with porridge.
- Crumble and bake in a 275 degree oven until cooked.
- Grease the cooked pies with the milk and butter mixture.
- Gluten-free Karelian pies made with broad bean flour mix are delicious. Enjoy slightly chilled or freeze for later.
