Gluten-free Karelian pies made from broad bean flour mix are rich in fibre and delicious in taste. Try and love them too!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Rice pudding
  • Boil the rice in water.
  • Gradually add the milk.
  • Cook on low heat for about 1 hour and add salt
  • Dough
  • Mix the ingredients together into a solid ball.
  • Divide the dough into 20 parts.
  • Puff and fill with porridge.
  • Crumble and bake in a 275 degree oven until cooked.
  • Grease the cooked pies with the milk and butter mixture.
  • Gluten-free Karelian pies made with broad bean flour mix are delicious. Enjoy slightly chilled or freeze for later.
