Gluten free carrot rolls

minutesGluten-free carrot rolls are easy to make and taste delicious! The buns are at their best when warm from the oven but if you want to cut them, it's best to let them cool properly first.
Ingredients
1 pss dry yeast
500 g Virtasalmi's Cereal Product Rouge Gluten Free Flour Blend
2 rkl sugar or honey
2tspsalt
5 dl water
2 rkl oil
2 tl apple cider vinegar
Preparation
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Make a well in the middle and pour in lukewarm water. Add the oil and apple cider vinegar. Knead by hand or with dough hooks for about 5 minutes.
- Shape the dough into rolls and place on a baking sheet to rise in a warm place for about 30-45 minutes.
- Grease the gluten-free carrot rolls with water and sprinkle with sunflower seeds. Bake in a 225 C oven for about 15 minutes.
- Let the rolls cool completely before cutting.
