Why bake with Virtasalmen Viljatuote's raw materials?
Virtasalmen Viljatuote's gluten-free milled products are made from high-quality, naturally gluten-free raw materials. We grind, mix and pack our products ourselves in Virtasalmi, with a focus on domestic work and fast delivery. We handle only gluten-free products in all our production and perform regular gluten analyses to guarantee safe food. Our products contain no preservatives or additives and we do not use wheat starch. We are audited and have been awarded the FSSC 22000 food safety certificate in August 2019.
Our range includes ten different flour mixes for savoury and sweet baking. We also have products made from buckwheat, rice, corn, psyllium, millet, broad beans, flax and oats. Our oats are gluten-free and we process oat products separately from other products. Our entire range is suitable for vegan, dairy-free and lactose-free diets, as well as for those on a gluten-free diet. We do not use animal products and all our ingredients are GMO free.
What and how do I order Virtasalmi's gluten-free products?
We manufacture and pack our products for bakery use in 15 - 25 kg bags and 600 kg large bags. The shipment can contain different products and different packaging sizes.
The products are packed on intensive pallets, EUR pallets or FIN pallets depending on the size of the order and delivered by Postin freight to the destination. For smaller shipments we can also send the products as Postal parcels.

When ordering, please include the following information: products, quantities, delivery date, delivery and billing address.
We will confirm your e-mail and let you know when we will be able to deliver your order. We will endeavour to have the parcel on its way the very next day of dispatch.

Our products are available in four different packaging sizes: small package, bag, sack and large sack.
If you want our products for resale, for example in your café, you can order different pack sizes in the same delivery.
Delivery
We usually ship the load the day after the order is placed.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, we ship the pallets with Post service. The delivery cost is determined by the weight of the order. Smaller orders can be sent as parcels.
