Gluten-free Oat Breads

Gluten-free oat breads are deliciously soft and tasty. The breads are made from a variety of Finnish oats. Try it and love it!

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Mix all the ingredients well.
  • Spread the dough on a baking tray on a baking sheet using flour.
  • Put hot water in the sink and put the sheet of metal on top of it and let it rise for 45 minutes.
  • If desired, brush the surface with water and sprinkle with oat flakes and bran.
  • Bake at 225 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cooked.
  • Allow to cool, fill with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
  • Warm sandwiches
  • Fry the chicken nuggets.
  • Spread the margarine on the bread and put the chicken noodles on top.
  • Cut slices of cheese and place in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
  • Avocadolevite
  • Chop the cherry tomatoes and onion into small pieces, mash the avocado with a fork and mix everything together.
  • Spread a generous amount of avocado juice on top.
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley and arugula on top.
  • Enjoy the gluten-free oat breads the way you like them.
