Gluten-free Oat Breads

Gluten-free Oat Breads

Gluten-free oat breads are deliciously soft and tasty. The breads are made from a variety of Finnish oats. Try it and love it!
Ingredients
5 dl water (+42'c)
1 pss dry yeast
2tspsalt
0,75 dl oil
2 tbsp syrup
2 dl Virtasalmi's Gluten-Free Small Oat Flakes from Cereal Product
- Warm sandwiches
margarine
fried egg
genuine cheddar chilli slices (Jukola's Cheese)
- Avocado Levolite (for two sandwiches)
1 avocado
a splash of lemon juice
black pepper from the mill
salt from the mill
4 cherry tomatoes
a piece of red onion
- Cold sandwiches
turkey cutlet
leeks
paprika
pickles
cherry tomatoes
salad
mozzarella cheese grated
parsley
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients well.
- Spread the dough on a baking tray on a baking sheet using flour.
- Put hot water in the sink and put the sheet of metal on top of it and let it rise for 45 minutes.
- If desired, brush the surface with water and sprinkle with oat flakes and bran.
- Bake at 225 degrees for about 20 minutes or until cooked.
- Allow to cool, fill with your favourite toppings and enjoy.
- Warm sandwiches
- Fry the chicken nuggets.
- Spread the margarine on the bread and put the chicken noodles on top.
- Cut slices of cheese and place in the oven at 200°C for 10 minutes.
- Avocadolevite
- Chop the cherry tomatoes and onion into small pieces, mash the avocado with a fork and mix everything together.
- Spread a generous amount of avocado juice on top.
- Sprinkle fresh parsley and arugula on top.
- Enjoy the gluten-free oat breads the way you like them.
