Gluten-free hazelnut chocolate biscuits can also be made with fine buckwheat flour from Virtasalmen Viljatuote.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Whisk together the soft margarine, sugar and salt.
  • Mix together the dry ingredients except the hazelnut meal and add them to the dough.
  • Mix until smooth.
  • Add the egg and mix.
  • Finally, add the nut powder.
  • Using a spoon dipped in water, take a tablespoon of the dough and press it into a half-inch thick round biscuit on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  • Leave room for spreading between the biscuits.
  • Bake in a 175 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
  • Let the biscuits cool before serving.
