minutesGluten-free hazelnut chocolate biscuits can also be made with fine buckwheat flour from Virtasalmen Viljatuote.
Ingredients
250 g (dairy-free) margarine
2 dl sugar
0,25 tsp salt
3 dl Virtasalmi Cereal Products Gluten Free Coarser Buckwheat Flour
1 dl cocoa powder
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg
1 pss ground hazelnuts (approx. 80 g)
Preparation
- Whisk together the soft margarine, sugar and salt.
- Mix together the dry ingredients except the hazelnut meal and add them to the dough.
- Mix until smooth.
- Add the egg and mix.
- Finally, add the nut powder.
- Using a spoon dipped in water, take a tablespoon of the dough and press it into a half-inch thick round biscuit on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
- Leave room for spreading between the biscuits.
- Bake in a 175 degree oven for about 15 minutes.
- Let the biscuits cool before serving.
- Gluten-free hazelnut chocolate biscuits can also be baked without nuts.
